Jump start for weight loss

Despite 9 months of a calorie-restricted diet and 3-5 hours weekly of exercise (spinning, personal training, etc) I could NOT lose weight. I packed on 20 lbs my first year of law school and made major changes my second year to combat stress and, hopefully, to lose weight. Nothing worked. I even had my thyroid tested and that came back as functioning well. So I figured, maybe it's my cortisol? I still don't know for sure, but since starting this I've lost 10 lbs in 3 months and I finally feel like all my other efforts are having an effect. I'm HIGHLY caffeine sensitive, but this doesn't make me jittery or effect my sleep in the least. I take it with meals and haven't had any stomach issues like I get with a lot of other vitamins. I believe it's helped my skin clear up as well. Worth a shot -- but give it at least an entire bottle before judging for yourself. Herbals aren't exactly 'fast acting' and this is no exception.

Great product!

I have PCOS and have been unable to lose weight even with diet and exercise. I tend to pack on the pounds during and after stressful events or times in my life (like infertility & going through the adoption process). I've been taking this for several months and I've actually lost 7 pounds. I feel better since I've been on it, too.

Excellent support!

I started taking Super Cortisol Support because another supplement I was taking just wasn't working well for me. I used to take a prescription cortisol for a while, and then a supplement recommended by my doctor. After a while, I felt stressed and very hypoglycemic again, so I gave this product a try. Super Cortisol Support not only took away the hypoglycemia in days, but I feel much better in general. I highly recommend!
